Sistrum with head of Hathor and naos

The sistrum is decorated with Hathor's head at the end of the handle on both sides, with cow ears and a wig with iricles. The goddess wears a modius surmounted by a rectangular naos terminated by a groove frame and enclosed between two long spirals, from which a cobra emerges. The sistrum with naos is the oldest type for this type of object.
