Aegis with the goddess Maat depicted in the centre

This object resembles the leaf of the usekh 'broad necklace', adorned with lotus drops and flowers proceeding from a horizontal row of urei. In the centre is depicted Maat, kneeling and with outstretched wings in a protective act. Two symmetrical falcon heads close the breastplate at either end. The bovine-horned headdress is adorned with the sun disk in the centre.
