An alabaster ointment jar placed on an ornamental stand. The vessel rests on a support representing at the base two anthropomorphised ankh life symbols with hands grasping sceptres was symbols of power on the right and left. The vessel is a representation of the union of Upper and Lower Egypt through the plants symbolising the two areas, the lotus (left) and papyrus (right) intertwined to form the hieroglyphic sema. The actual vessel is decorated on the neck with a head of Hathor with cow ears and a broad collar, while on the belly is the cartouche of the pharaoh.
