This statuette shows a dignified bearing and an almost authoritative gaze, which must have suggested the skill of the reis in handling the scourge he holds in his right hand, a symbol of his controlling function; in the other hand he clutches a scrap of cloth. On his head he wears a khat with an uraeus and around his neck he wears a broad collar.
