Treasure of Tutankhamun. Ushabty with Nubian wig

Two shades of blue enamel were used to make this ushabty. On his forehead he wears the uraeus and on his chest a collar made of five strands of beads. In his hands he clutches the symbols of his power, the scourge and a scrap of cloth. On the body is engraved a column of hieroglyphics enamelled in blue.
