The lower part of the stela depicts a woman in mourning, kneeling in front of some buildings including a funerary chapel surmounted by the pyramidion. Behind her are some trees. The upper part of the stela depicts the deceased before an offering table, while paying homage to the god Ra-Horakhty. The scene is surmounted by a winged solar disc.
