Sculptures of Hathor with Psammeetico and Osiris

The sculpture on the left depicts the chief scribe Psammeticus with the cow goddess Hathor. The face of the goddess is adorned with cow horns with uraeus and two feathers. Psammeticus stands before her, his head protected by the snout of the cow; he wears a bag-like wig, a necklace with a square pedant, and a long skirt completely covered with a hieroglyphic text. The god Osiris is represented mummiform, wearing the atef crown. The god's face is almost identical to that of the goddess Isis.
