Temple's cella

View of the back wall of the Temple of Hathor's cella in abu Simbel. A niche in the wall host the remains of an Hathor statue, of which can be recognizedo just the terminal ends of the two tall feathers composing the hathoric crown. The niche is framed by two naos-shaped pillars, decorated with volutes and hathoric heads. To the left: the decoration of the back wall shows king Ramses II offering lotus flowers to the goddess statue.
