Ramesses I is received by the goddess Maat dressed in a white robe with her emblem on his head. Following this, the king, dressed in a golden skirt, broad collar and nemes with uraeus on his forehead, stands before Ptah. The mummified god with green skin and cap holds a sceptre composed of the signs of stability and power (djed and was). Behind him a djed pillar with an inscription from chapter 155 of the Book of the Dead.
