Book of the Earth: the birth of the sun and scenes of punishment

Book of the Earth Above A winged scarab with a small solar disc emerges from a larger solar disc to indicate the birth of the sun. It is flanked by two praying urai and some burials with mummies inside. One of these features the figure of Osiris in the form of the Bull of the West. A deity with a ram's head and holding the sceptre was and ankh is found between these burials. Bottom Register reserved for the punishment of enemies in the Place of Annihilation. Four deities carry four decapitated enemies, represented upside down. The body lying in the Place of Annihilation is a symbol of the realm of the dead. Above it are six tombs with male and female deities depicted in the act of praying.
