Upper register: an enormous serpent with two heads, both with Upper Egyptian crowns and a false beard, carries a figure grasping another serpent with four other serpents with human heads and legs at both ends. On the right are two deities holding nets with magical powers against Apopi. Lower registers: worshipping women and frontal figures grasping a rope. These scenes are incomplete and damaged by a rear opening.
