Guests at Ramose's funeral banquet

The funeral banquet shows four pairs of guests. Among them are the relatives of the deceased, each with their name in the accompanying text. The scenes are particularly beautiful with well-executed details carved in limestone. The reliefs have been left painted, with the exception of the eyes. The hairstyle, recurring in the tomb, features long, curly hair. Shown here are, from the left, Khesy, an official of Amun, and an unknown personage, then May, Lord of the Pharaoh's horses, and his wife Urnure, priestess of Mut at Karnak, seated at Ramose's funeral banquet.
