View of the hypostyle hall of the tomb of Ramose

The hypostyle hall is the only decorated chamber in the tomb. It has 32 columns in the form of papyrus (four in rows of eight columns each). The decoration of the walls shows the banquet and funeral procession, the deceased before Amenofi IV (Akhenaten), Nefertiti and Maat, Ramose and his wife before priests, musicians and foreign delegations.
