Sennefer, Meryt and Priest Sem

Wall of the Funeral Chamber. The scene depicts a priest Sem burning incense and performing libations for Sennefer and Meryt. The priest, on the right, wears a panther skin, in his left hand he holds an incense burner, in his left hand a vessel with which he is pouring water over the offerings in front of him. In the centre is the table with offerings, which features bread, eggs, fruit and lotus flowers. To the left are Sennefer and Meryt, seated on chairs with legs in the shape of lion paws. Sennefer wears a wig, a semi-transparent garment and a skirt. He has a collar, gold earrings and bracelets and holds a lotus flower in his left hand. A short, square beard is visible on his chin. Meryt, behind him, wears a wig with a tiara and a long white dress. In her right hand she holds a lotus flower.
