Meryt offers a cup to Sennefer

Detail of one of the four pillars of the Funeral Chamber. Sennefer is seated on a chair (placed on a plinth) with legs in the shape of lion's paws. A tall vase is visible under the chair. He wears a wig, a long semi-transparent garment and a white skirt, around his neck he wears a golden breastplate, on his chin a short square beard is visible. His right hand is resting on the shoulder of Meryt, who is standing in front of him. Meryt wears a long wig, a breastplate and a long white dress. Her arms are outstretched towards Sennefer, with her left hand she is touching his elbow, while with her right hand she is handing him a small cup. Above: two Udjat eyes, with the Shen symbol in the centre and the Nun vase (with the three wavy lines symbolising water).
