Sarcofago di Amenhotep II : Qebehsenuef

The sarcophagus is located in the burial chamber and is made of red quartzite. The long sides have representations of Anubis with the four sons of Horus. In this case the image shows Qebehsenuef . The yellow painting is reminiscent not only of the golden skin of the deities but also of the so-called Golden Chamber, the name generally used for the burial chamber.
