The sarcophagus is located in the burial chamber and is made of red quartzite. The goddess Neftis is depicted at the head of the sarcophagus, on the sign nbw indicating gold. The yellow paint is reminiscent not only of the golden skin of the deities, but also of the so-called Chamber of Gold, the name generally used to indicate the burial chamber.
