Renenuted

Renenutet, lady of the harvest, is depicted as a woman with a serpent's head. She is seated on a cubic throne placed in a chapel, the upper part of which is supported by slender piers with Hatoric capitals. The goddess, who wears a wig and a headdress with two tall feathers on her head, is suckling a baby sitting on her lap. The child has on his head the side braid typical of children, which could indicate a young Amenhotep III or Nepri, son of Renenutet and god of grain.
