The detail is part of a larger scene composed of two mirror images but different. In both, Queen Nefertari stands in front of a throned god and a pile of offerings at the top of which are jars from which smoke is coming out. The scene on the right depicts the god Atum, solar deity of Heliopolis, seated in a white kilt and green tunic, wearing the crown of Upper and Lower Egypt. In his left hand he holds a sceptre was, in his right hand the symbol of life ankh
