Detail. Ramesses III, who wears the Khepresh on his head, performs an act of worship accompanied by Prince Khaemuaset, who holds the Behet fan. This flabellus, a symbol of royalty, was only carried by the one who held the prestigious position of 'fan-bearer at the king's right hand'.
