Via Colonnata

From the Nymphaeum Square the great Via Colonnata began, leading towards the harbour area, flanking the New Severian Forum. Little remains of it: only one of the entrance arches to the side porticoes and two columns have been restored. The street, whose central carriageway was 20.50 m wide, reached, with the side arcades, a total length of 42 m and was about 400 m long.
