The House of Jason the Great occupied, in the 2nd century A.D., an entire residential block from the Hellenistic period.The solemn entrance hall to the house is decorated with 6 columns and is completely covered with marble slabs. It leads to the large peristyle, around which numerous rooms are arranged.
