Allegory of Autumn

After the Zuccari brothers had frescoed themes almost obligatory for a cardinal's house, they decorated the other rooms with lighter subjects, related to nature, such as the frescoes of the seasons and the delightful palaces with ruins, or to mythology. Here in particular we see depicted the allegory of autumn, where a vintner harvests bunches of grapes.
