This coloured statue was found in the Monte Cavallo area and purchased by Cardinal d'Este for his garden at the Quirinale. It was later donated by Gragorio XIII to Cardinal de' Medici, who placed it in this area in front of the entrance on the Via di Porta Pinciana, embellished with two masks.
